"I moved into Fairfield Lakes Townhomes and love living here. The Manager, Kayleigh is nice and has always been helpful when I call the office. I think it is a great place and close to lots of restaurants and shopping. Maintenance has been good too. Never have to wait too long anything to get fixed."

"I love living here! It's close to work and the highway is 5 minutes away. You can't beat the location. The community itself is nice and quiet. The new management put up security cameras which are a plus and we also have a security system in our townhome. I feel safe here! The school bus goes through the community so my kids are able to hop right on instead of walking to one stop on the other side of the complex. The new property manager is very nice. The upgrades in my apartment are the best part of living here. The kitchen is a really good size, in apartments you mostly see galley kitchens. We have a ton of counter space and a pantry! We also have a powder room downstairs which is great for when we have company over they don't have to go upstairs. Great place to live!"

"This is a wonderful community. They were destroyed by the tornadoes and decided to upgrade the entire complex. The upgrades are nice with granite countertops and hardwood floors. I do know that they had some issues with management but they seem to be getting better. The new property manager seems to care about the property and the people that live here. She has kept in close contact with me about the updates/issues that will be fixed on the property. I did notice they are starting to put new fencing up around some of the townhomes. The new owners seem to care more about how the property looks as well. They now offer online payments which is a lifesaver for me since I'm busy all the time. Great place to live and great management!"

"I wanted to say, I'm new to Ohio and this place is really close to my new job so I wanted to see what it was all about. I googled it and talked to their Manager. Her name is Kayleigh. She was very helpful and I applied as soon as I saw the apartment that will be mine. The inside looks awesome and the outside was very clean and well kept. I've looked at many apartments in trying to move and I can tell you Kayleigh was by far the nicest and most helpful with knowing the area, good places to eat, etc. Thank you Kayleigh for setting me and my family up with such a nice home that's a place to start our new life here in Ohio."

"Fairfield lakes was the best choice for location to the base and downtown and mall, and the complex itself was the best of it's competitors. Don't waste your time living by the back gate to NAS because it's not open when you need to report for early am PT or flights, Fairfield Lakes is located closer to the front gate. Kim was one the most thoughtful, professional and educated Leasing Managers I have encountered in a while. She actually did her job and did it well. Anytime I called her she was always available and proactive. I really appreciated her and the whole staff's dedication and hard-work!"

"We moved here from Colorado to our Fairfield townhouse almost a month ago. So far, we love living here! It's a clean, quiet neighborhood. We have two reserved parking spots right outside our front door. Cute little porch and back porch. They are very pet friendly (our 50 lb akita/husky mix loves it here). They offer military discount for rent. Rent prices are good for the sq footage. Leasing office staff is great! Always helpful and accommodating.
No complaints so far. Hopefully it'll stay that way for the next 11 months."

"I moved here from Alabama and I am in love. It's very well taken care of. The staff is friendly and very welcoming. I have a family of 5 and it's the perfect amount of space. Nice size kitchen with lots of cabinets.Great school system. Plenty of closet space. So many windows for natural light! I'm beyond happy to call this home for years to come!"
